# Mobile proxies: location targeting and rotating sessions

> Learn how MiyaIP dynamic mobile proxies use location targeting, rotating or sticky sessions, account authentication, and traffic usage controls.

MiyaIP mobile proxies use carrier network resources. The product guide covers 3G, 4G, 5G, and LTE. Generate proxy credentials for a location and choose rotation on each request or a session duration.

## What you can configure

* **Mobile network resources**: Select a country or region and use the available location options.
* **IP rotation**: Change the IP on each request or choose a duration. The screenshots display the duration option as a sticky session.
* **Session duration**: Current choices are 5, 10, 15, and 30 minutes, initially selecting 30 minutes. Follow your current dashboard and plan's rules; see [rotation and sessions](/guides/rotation-sessions).
* **Usage statistics**: Review traffic usage for this product.
